Good day to all.  My name is Karen Davidson.  I've been a licensed Realtor® in the Commonwealth of Virginia for over 10 years. 

I am building/designing this website site myself in order to provide prospective home sellers & buyers with the precise, and easily accessible, Real Estate information that I know you want and need... and in a format that will be most useful to you.  Why? Because when I am performing research on the net, I want to find what I'm looking for pretty much instanteously.  You probably do too.  It's annoying, confusing and frustrating to have to jump through hoops to find the specific data & information we're looking for.

Why do so many Realtor® websites offer, essentially, the same information?  Because they use the same real estate website builders/designers. Those builders/designers have a set of data & links content they use for ALL their Realtor® clients.  When Realtors® don't add unique data to their site, and many do not, then you  end up searching many Realtor® websites, for hours, only to find the same content, formatted/arranged in essentially the same way. 

My site will certainly offer some of that "same" information too... but I will do my best to offer you the direct data & information I think you want, and just GIVE it to you fast instead of requiring you to provide personal information you're simply not ready to provide.   For example, there is probably nothing more annoying to Sellers than to click on a link that says: Find Out How Much Your Home Is Worth only to be escorted to a form to complete in order to receive this information. Most of the "middlemen" real estate websites -- ya know, the ones constantly advertising themselves on TV -- do the same thing. They're objective is to get your personal information so they can entice Realtors to pay them for your information.  It's a waste of time.  Instead, just go directly to any of the main broker websites, i.e, REMAX, Century 21, Weichert, Long & Foster, etc.  They all contain the information these middlemen sites provide and usually offer much better data, info and links.

Specifically, my objective is to provide you with links to ACTUAL home sales/comparables and other direct information re: schools, communties, etc... in a simple format that will be most useful & expeditious for you -- one that just GIVES you what you want and need, now.  I am researching for the BEST of the best real estate information, specifically pertaining to the Commonwealth of Virginia, and attempting to collect it into one location -- this website
